My journey began as an ambitious corporate leader integrating motherhood, sparking my interest in exploring the power of play. These two things merged into shape our mission to combine team psychology, organizational behavior and play neuroscience to accelerate team resonance and cultivate teams that work at their ultimate best, where there is connection, excitement and creative flow!
From what kids can teach us about leadership to understanding how to integrate a Playful Practice, we’ve had the honor of collaborating with organizations such as Sony PlayStation, Sony Entertainment, Nike and NavalX, guiding teams to lead and innovate in new ways.
