Your Challenge Plan: You’ll map out what you want to accomplish and how you’ll break it into tries.
Daily Reflections: Spend 5 minutes or less each day writing in your private online journal to capture your progress and insights.
Community Connection: Asynchronously share encouragement, ideas, and lessons with others who are on their own 21-day journey.
Celebration Event: We’ll close together with a virtual gathering to reflect, share wins, and celebrate the momentum you’ve built.
